Bailey Layne has 9 years experience in media planning and over 12 years experience in various roles within major telecommunications and digital media companies. She brings a holistic approach to media planning with her experience in master control, ad copy application, pre-post client support & most recently supervising media planning for Spectrum Reach. Her first true love was visual arts and obtained an Associate's degree from Bakersfield College in Art. She has an eye for creative composition and a strong attention to detail.
Director of Automotive Data
Jennifer plays an integral role in developing complex automotive marketing strategies based on internal dealership data. As an expert in CRM, DMS, CDP and first party data analysis and usage, she continues to leverage her more than 12 years experience in automotive and BDC management into new technology and AI integrations to create, maintain, and grow quality leads resulting in higher conversions and increased close rates while decreasing defections. She works closely with our digital and account management teams to continually grow variable and fixed operations while leveraging automation, outbound efforts and providing industry specific research, competitive analysis, and secret shopper reporting. As a local Bakersfield resident, she spends time with her cats, her son, and enjoys her short drives to Disneyland as often as possible. Her love for data, strategy, and piecing together solutions likely began with the love of legos she still enjoys today!
